Ghana and Ivory Coast the no.1&2 world cocoa producers going to impose usd 400 on top of cocoa market price to buyers starting 2020.This will increase cocoa grinders cost and reduce their profit margin.What do you guys think?

Cocoa prices also saw weakness after buyers resisted Ghana's plan to add a $400/ton "living-income differential" to cocoa prices in an effort to boost cocoa farmer income. The Ghana Cocoa Board on Tuesday said that it did a test of the new pricing system last week and there were no buyers at the higher price.
