oi88, I bought Armada at Rm1.29. Already cut loss at Rm1.08. Looking to buy back Armada below 50 cents again. For Alam Martin I bought 62 cents. Cut loss at 45 cents.

Now I am buying back Alam Martin at 36 cents!

Avoid all oil and gas counters......all must cut loss.

One exception is coastal.

Oi88,

According to Peter Lynch there are different classes of shares like Stalwarts, Defensive Utilities, Growth Stocks & Cyclicals.

Oil & Gas are cyclical stocks. When Shale Oil Hammered Crude Oil I thought O & G Stocks were cheap enough to buy some. But I was wrong as Saudi went into a price war. Now 60% of Shale Oil Rigs have ceased production. The US Banks who financed these Shale Oil Cowboys are also in deep trouble. For now only Iran must come to agreement. And I think Crude Oil should have some support now.

That's why I am looking to buy back O&G stocks one by one now.

Another opec & non opec meeting on April 16th , means positive news for crude oil. I guess oil below 35 is noy gonna happen. Oil rebound is good news for Malaysia economy, good news for business community & great news for the Rakyat too.

Compare ALAM and EATECH both in OSV, I see ALAM trading only at PE 7x only compared to EATECH at PE 15x. Is ALAM undervalued? Or EATECH overvalued?

A total of 2 billion impairment cost in 2015 could be add back as extra ordinary gain when oil price improve.

When SKPetro one time write off old equipment is actually is a saving in future expenses.

Property and Equipment monthly depreciation is an expense or spending for a company.
When 2 billion impairment in 2015 meaning that 2 billion less expenses in next few years.

The same goes to ALAM and other oil and gas company.
