KL properties values are always up. So does its rental. Like other big cities such as Tokyo in the world. Most investors will come in. Good future for MQREIT.
I think Tokyo is currently experiencing more than 20 years of deflation. This is why Japan PM Shinzo Abe is trying very hard to increase GST and depreciated Japanese Yen so that the country back to inflation.
miragehotelpd Today Suntec REIT down to SGD1.64 (from 1.72 DPU SGD 0.10, NTA 2.06) and Ascott advanced to SGD1.105 (from 1.05 DPU 0.08, NTA 1.389). Investing in REIT is relatively simple, Sustainable rental, good rental growth with high DPU and undervalued unit price, in no time will to catch up... Just need to be patience.

Income distribution on 5/2/16 Proposed final gross income distribution of 4.37 Sen per unit ( of which, taxable income =4.31 Sen per unit , tax exempt income = 0.06 Sen per unit) The contrarian, with this mean 4.31 Sen per unit need to deduct by 10% ? What will be the final dividend? It is 3.939 Sen per unit? Pls correct me?
