Malaysia reits are expanding their portfolio by issuing rights. Amfirst already approved their rights issue. Hektar Reits' rights are pending approval. Expect some other "smaller" Reits to follow as well. REits can be a safe haven in the long run
Abudance, dividend for Qcap declare 2 times a year. Yield about 7% pa.(Dividend this year 8.38sen). Yield pa for Axreit is about 5.4%(last 4 quarters) so Qcap yield is higher.
Announced EPS 2.29sen today, higher than IGB Reit, Sunreit, Pavreit and CMMT despite trading at lower price. Should be able to declare more than 4sen dividend next quarter or more than 8sen per annum.
Andygan you said Tower Reit location good but turnover drop more than 10% compare to Q4 2012 in latest quarterly result. Q Cap has a retail mall ie Tesco Penang so turnover is stable compare to Tower Reit which has rental income from office buildings only. I also own Tower Reit before when it was around RM 1.30 but since it is now no longer cheap I prefer Q Cap.
TWR reit net asset $.1.83 @ dividend 5.61 % ,but important is low borrowing. For good economy high borrowing is good for company more income ,but now is not suitable for high borrowing. i prefer to invest low borrowing low risk and high dividend.
Latest TP from HDBS RM1.35. According to HDBS EPU growth is 4% for 2014 after acquiring Platinum Sentral from MRCB. Best is MRCB become major shareholder or indirectly EPF after latest asset injection.
Reit always the lowest risk with highest return in term of dividend, so borrowing=investment=Potential to grow, isn't it an good sign? Or you want the company stay at the same place forever?
I quite from QCAPITA at RM1.03...Maybe i am not suitable to buy REIT STOCKS which really need patient enough...Switch to PADINI yesterday and today just give me around 6.6% return in 1 day....

IF SUNREIT & PAVREIT can up so much, this definitely can keep.
