ejtic, this is a low volume counter and it does not have many big shareholders. Just check the daily trade volume since the share started actively traded and sum it up. Forecast the big seller's sell volume and match it back to the shareholding list. it is very easy to find out who was the actual seller and how many share was left to further selling. Once sold out and price in oversold region, share rebound. This is basis. I managed to accumulate all my holding at 1.00, the lowest price, in two days and this is where the simple profit come from.

hungpin, the shares experienced a much higher than average daily volume and the price was pressed down means somebody with huge holding was determine to clear off its holding. A check from Quill's shareholder summary, it did not have many shareholders had such a huge holding. Since those with >5% have to disclose their movement but it did not happen means the sell-off came from the minority. Quill did not have many big holding minority so wasn't difficult to detect the actual seller. I assumed the seller contributed 65-70% of daily volume and minus the seller's reported holding, I made a rough guess when the selloff would stop. And since the price had been pushed down to only 1.00 and the balance to clear was unlikely to make it go down much further, it was lucky to collect at the bottom.
Quill Capita Trust, Malaysian Resources Corp: New lease of life for Quill, MRCB to become major shareholder Quill Capita Trust (QCT) will become one of the biggest real estate investment trusts (REIT) in Malaysia in three years with an asset base of some RM5bn from RM1.6bn presently, said Malaysia Resources Corp (MRCB) group MD Datuk Mohamad Salim Fateh Din. “We intend to inject assets worth at least RM1bn (into QCT) every year. We will inject these assets either from MRCB’s side or from Quill Group. On MRCB’s side we have a pipeline of some RM20bn worth of properties to be injected in over the next few years,” Salim said. MRCB is now the single largest shareholder in QCT with a 31% stake, after its wholly-owned subsidiary MRCB Sentral Properties Sdn Bhd signed a sale and purchase agreement for the disposal of Platinum Sentral to QCT for RM750m to be paid for in RM486m cash and 206.25m new QCT units at an issue price of RM1.28. I was saying ... Nevertheless, I suggest that we try avoid making further negative comments about QCM. It is only ethically and morally the right thing to do. This is to be fair to the other investors who are supportive of QCM. As it is, the stock price is at a low 1.16. The onus of responsibility is on the MRCB-QCapita management to win investors' confidence. Should investors interests be compromised or unfavourable to my investing goals, I would just quietly take leave and migrate to other more attractive REITs. I'm sure the other investors would do the same. Still, TIME is the ultimate judge, the ultimate witness to truth and justice.
Hopefully, PS purchase will be called off. Low professional integrity impairs shareholders interest. It's time to move out after collecting 2015 1st income distribution.
