Bullish signals are high. Counter upped 5 cent or stabilized each day (and overbought continuously in the past 2 weeks). Reports indicate min FV of .85, median 1, high 1.2. i.e Min upside of 20% on today' price (minus brokerage fees in % of buying value). + Rapid project.

O&G stocks rebound strongly, except Pantech. And specking of risk level, Pantech is lowest. So, what's going on? Mr. Market is brainless, that's what going on. :P

Any institute disposing pantech share now? anyone know? Good to have pantech to acquire back its own share but it doesn't mean that now is its bottom... However, I can foresee at least some sincerity of pantech management for maintaining the share price...
