Let it drops..I don't actually mine as I'm still on collection mode. Let's hope we can achieve 60 sen this round. The last 3 weeks, it failed miserably to hit even at 70 sen.

The problem here is most people are looking at WTI..meaning they are following news which mean following the herd mentality... The fact is Brent still holding, which our oil and 2/3 of the world oil standard, and that's very important indicator.

Mabel.. if my cost is 1.5 and no urgent need for money now.. will you advise to hold it for 6 - 12 months ..it is lower than prevailing price.. not sure how long it will take to pick up the momentum..

@2kHunter. Be careful of other people's comment. Know thy weakness. Only you know your own position size and your average price. Everyone's different. Also, factor in opportunity cost. This is not Sun Tzu "Art of War" and Dayang is not a battleship. Instead, it is just a vessel and where it's heading will depends on many factors.

It's irony that she seems to be good in analyzing the intrinsic valuation of her shares and yet still needs her mama to constantly state to her the obvious.

The way she phrase her comments, she seems happier at the end of the day when one gives her a giant trophy etched with the word "I am Great" instead of capital gains.

Now you understand why I initially set our target for Dayang at RM 3 in 12 months time instead on RM 3.5 which you suggested earlier :)

Nobody wants physical delivery of WTI for MAY, and with storage options dwindling in some places, traders liquidated their positions, selling contracts at crazy discounts. With the contract expiring on Tuesday, nobody wanted to be left holding the bag. Unable to actually accept physical delivery, traders ended up paying someone to take oil off of their hands. Surely, some fascinating reportage will be written about the last guy that got stuck with an unwanted May contract.

OPEC and the other oil-producing countries agreed to cut 10 million barrels a day — about 23 percent of their production levels — in May and June,

What happen now.. US eat their own medicine, refuse to cut production..now too late already.. Saudi and Russia smilling big time.. while Opec have some opportunity to stop production before the thing in US, WTI happen...and TODAY, Saudi/Russia and EVERYBODY !! would drastically cut production to AVOID deep oversupply...

Oil price movement is short term. We have seen how serba secured new project worth Billions only few days ago. Oil price has little impact to Serba or Dayang project. .

If anything, it will impact on the upstream Battleship like Sapnrg, Velesto, Reach, Hibiscus more as they are reliance heavily on oil price. Fortunately, my holding on the upstream is following the 80/20 rule.

80 is on Downstream which is less impact on oil fluctuation and 20 on upstream and middle stream which are affected.

So those that are posting better do your homework first before barking into this forum with negative comments..

Remember the word "Grace".. that I shared earlier?
