Tanya pekerja di kilang Kemaman lah, kilang tak jalan sejak Ogos 2012, letrik, gas, air dan telipon dan port Kemaman semua pun kena potong kerana tak bayar,hutang sangat berat. Gaji sudah dua bulan tak bayar. Potongan gaji untuk KWSP, PERKESO, INCOME TAX semua staff tak di bayar juga. Bumbong kilang pun sudah runtoh kerana hujan. Kilang di Gurun sudah tutup satu tahun lebih lah! Stocks sudah habis dijual. Pekerja sudah banyak kali picket lah. Perjanjian dengan Petronas dan TNB semua ini hanya tangguh bayar hutang RM470 juta saja, hutang banks RM2 billion tak dapat selesai. Yang jual saham kuat kuat sekarang keluarga Pheng lah. Kalau sudah untung, lari cepat, tak lama lagi,u baru tahu.

Tip: pergi semak "Perwaja" (Bursa Malaysia's website) di bawa "announcement" 28 Januari 2014. SEMUA banks (secured crefitors) telah tarik diri dari Section 176 (satu perlindungan mahkamah untuk Perwaja). Kenapa? Tak ada keyakinan lagi terhadap syarikat ini. Bila bila saja mereka bolih ambil tindakan mahkamah terhadap syarikat ini.

Perjanjian Perwaja/Petronas/TNB: ada satu maklumat penting sengaja tidak di umumkan, selain dari hutang sebanyak RM470 juta itu hanya di tanggoh bayaran buat sementara.. Kawan2 aku di Petronas dan TNB beritahu aku Perwaja mesti bayar wang pendahuluan (advance payment) setiap bulan sebelum bolih gunakan gas dan letrik. Tak bayar, tutup gas dan letrik lagi. Gaji pun tak bayar, macam nak bayar ini. Tak percaya, u bolih tanya orang dalam di Petronas atau TNB atau Perwaja Kemaman. TP: RM0.80!

Haloo ali yusof saya rasa ketinggalan beli share ni minggu lepas sebab tu awak bagi bad news utk awak enter stock ni. Anyhow I dah buat profit. So dr mana dia ambil duit utk bayar tnb kita tak perlu tahu. Sebab kerajaan sentiasa akan cover perwaja ni. Sebab tu kes penyelewengan dari dulu sentiasa d cover oleh government

Pita Mittis, dulu betullah kerajaan cover perwaja tapi sekarang tidak lagi. Dulu Perwaja ni milik kerajaan bawah kementerian kewangan (MOF) tapi sekarang dah listed kerajaan dah tak ada kepentingan lagi.

中钢协：1月份钢材价格继续下跌
中国钢铁工业协会(China Iron & Steel Association；简称：中钢协)周二表示，受寒冷天气及春节假期等因素影响，1月国内市场钢材需求不旺，价格继续小幅下降，后期钢价将呈低位波动运行走势。
中钢协称，后期随着天气转暖，市场需求会有所增加，但总体上仍是供大于求态势，同时原材料价格明显回落，对钢材价格的支撑也有所减弱，因此钢材价格难以大幅回升。
中钢协公布的数据显示，1月份钢铁协会会员企业粗钢产量为5,131万吨，较2013年12月下降3.02%。
中钢协还提醒，铁矿石进口量大幅增长和钢铁、钢贸企业资金紧张的情况需要注意。
1月份中国进口铁矿石8683万吨，同比增加33.03%，环比增加18.33%，创历史最高水平，而进口铁矿石的价格环比下降2.17%。此外，近期钢贸企业资金紧张引发银行追债及诉讼的消息也多见于报端。
统计数据显示，1月份制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)50.5，比上月回落0.5个百分点，为连续第二个月回落，其中新订单指数继续下降1.1个百分点，而积压订单指数和产成品库存指数环比继续上升。PPI同比下降1.6%，连续第23个月负增长，环比下降0.1%

Hi, pergi semak laporan tahunan, Kerajaan tak ada saham di syarikat. Di miliki olih Pheng family dan Tan Sri Abu. Ada duit pun pergi rescue MAS (akan bungkus kalau tak tolong) dan Proton lah, mana sampai Perwaja. Tunggu 4Q2013 results Perwaja lah, kilang Kemaman dan Gurun tak jalan Ogos 2013 hingga hari ini.2013 rugi tak kurang dari RM500m. Syarikat di bawah S176, PN17, PN1, macam macam pun ada. Hutang Perwaja dan Kinsteel RM5 billion! Kalau sudah untung, tahniah, tapi, berhati hati jangan "trapped".

KUALA LUMPUR: Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has allowed Perwaja Holdings Bhd's unit to repay the RM275.77mil debt in monthly instalments from August 2015.

The national oil company said on Friday this was agreed upon under an out-of-court settlement with Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd

"In addition, Petronas has also agreed to supply dry gas to Perwaja Steel on an advance payment basis.

"Petronas would like to emphasise that the settlement agreement is a business decision to increase its potential of recovering the debt in full," it said.

Petronas has reached an out-of-court settlement with Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd over the RM275.77 million owed to it by the latter.

Perwaja Steel will pay the sum in monthly installments starting from August 2015, the national oil and gas company said in a statement today.

Angelina, already a PN 17 company lah (announced months ago). Consolidated results announced 28 Feb ... loss of RM 420 millions (last year loss RM232 millions). Its parent company Kinsteel lost RM489 millions (last year loss RM 281 million)!
