Most of the transactions transacted by Urusharta (UH) were lent out shares to those "borrowers". But there was a block of shares which Urusharta "bought" to its own shareholdings (few days ago, about 11mil shares). Although UH keeps on lending out shares to those borrowers but there was this big block (11mil) which it actually purchased and add to its own shareholdings, that was interesting! If it keeps on lending out shares to those borrowers, it will be soon to hit < 5%. I guess it is trying to maintain its 5% (substantial) while it will also continue to lend out to borrowers if there are institution customers who are willing to borrow shares from UH. Via this product, UH earns interest from it, to lend out shares to institutional clients, it is not FOC, they have to continue to serve daily interest to the lender until they return those shares to the lender (in this case, lender is UH). Interest rate should be around 5% p.a. or perhaps the borrower can nego. with lender (not sure).
