Last quarter only earn 0.2 sen, if annualize 0.2x4= 0.8 sen, according to price now 70 sen, mean PE = 70/0.8 = 88 ?!

There are no one to sell at below $0.66 ; so take the high race lor. I choose to load more bcoz my allocation still can take it. Furthermore, considering the Food bank project income for continuing 2+1 yr should be somewhere valuedat $0.80 and above bfor the Right issue exexercise.

I think Halex has taking necessary measuring by appoint a very experience project director WM to run his new acquired property com (Kensington Dev. S/b) considering to diversify further from their existing core biz. Shall we say the newly acquired Dev. Division likely to contribute profit $5mil/yr , instead of the management forecasting $30mil profit from commencing yr 1qtr of 2016 - completion 4qtr of 2017. U calculate the rest, u will roughly know where Hakex value with a x 8 p.e.

Did u guys noticed d last traded price to Ock -or ? Its was close at $0.39 . This is a whopping of 200% from what it shud be traded for.. if I were hv Ock-or I'll sold it all on open market. And use my extra $$$ to buy what I deem fair , the mother during that time was traded @$0.65 . Market can be very inrealistic sometime.
