rebound to the upside is limited by the short term EMAs which are trending down. what is critical now is to see if support holds. if support holds, chances are it will rebound and cross the EMAs.

EMA 20 @1.47 will be the resistance. RSI out of oversold hit 50 now retrace a bit. if that is what you mean.

RSI - my reading has been when it comes out from oversold, it will retrace a little when it hit 50 before it advance again. the same goes with JCY.

Just to elaborate my points earlier. If we chop off the last quarter earnings and assume 3rd quarter earning same as 2nd quarter (effectively we are only considering 3 of the 4 quarters earning), this will still give JCY a PE of 5.6. Hence my believe the curret price level of 1.4 is substainable.

on the 5 mins chart, the price is now trading above both short term EMAs which is a good sign. Just waiting for it to propagate to 30mins chart then 60 mins chart.

Market is not holding. Europe futures tried to climb but failed. Trading at day low now. End of technical rebound? I don't know for sure but bear in mind US could not sustain last night and gave in during the final trading hour. I see the beginning of another string of sell off days. Before Monday's technical rebound was 6 straight days of red - not very often in US even. If start again, aiyoh...

I've just bit my arms real hard and cut loss 5000 lots of JCY warrants. Got a bit more warrants and mother on hold still. (I hope I will not regret tomorrow.)

Baramundi80: u still believe the cow boy's story created by Mr Lamken..? i think this story is not real la, just for us to jump and for me to hold...(Lucky i bought during cheaper price,if not i also trap ith u all). the real story that i believe is only about higher Q2 report and 3 cents dividend.. and all were factored already in 3 days of trading session..(Friday,Monday and Tuesday).May be u all need to wait for another sequence of cowboy's story on September (before 3rd Quarter report announce).

usry: i believe the cowboy story is real. the share price suppose to go up. but i think the owner's party is not going to go ahead with the plan because of the greece problem. it is too high a risk for them to artificially increase the price even though global share market drop.

usry...didn't u read my post earlier...i already sold before the results was out at RM1.56....i don't believe in that cowboy story...as i said there is no reason the owner wants to push up the price....i know the price already factored in the good qtrly results...question u should be asking can they sustain the result in next 2 qtrs which i believe is cannot because all the competitors have resume their normal operation...there will be margin squeeze. It's expected for those still holding on the shares would insist the cowboy story & owner taking it private is true...guess time will tell who is right and who is wrong.

Baramudi80:I think for 3rd Quarter,this JCY unable to increase their profit same as 2nd Quarter and i agree with u that their competitor are ready to continue their operation soon.(Yesterday-in The Star Business, i notice that ENG Tech will resume operation and expect to resume their operation by this year.)So this is a challenger to JCy to mantain their record and it will effect the fundamental of this company..

usry: I do understand that and are well-aware of your intention is good. You may be right that the story is not real for the current juncture looking at the performance of the share and perhaps, a 'framed' story or sort..But what if the story is true? I'm not clinging on the story, as I mentioned I have held the share since last year, and not just myself, my family and gf's family, we all hold on mother's share, get through 'smelly' time of jcy-cd..but what if it is true, I'm just hoping that people don't come to you and said 'usry, !@#$%^&^'. I think some of the TA or chartist did was not to believe the story, but they follow the trends, maybe telling this will safeguard you being backlash later..:)

bomblikeme: i'm not a sifu like u coz i also visit your blog to find an info if i no idea or blank. I just wrote here coz i want to share with our forumers what my observation after i involves this stock since january till last Monday(21/5/2012). From my observation, look like the story of cowboys & red indian is not exist. if Red indian want to come and help us ,during JCY announce their 2nd quarter result that the best time for them to come and 'goreng'.(if we study other stock, the stock price usually 'up little bit' after they announce the good earning result,but what happen to our JCY?. That make me suspicious.
Start the day after they announce the good earning, their stock price down and never wake up until yesterday (day 4 of trading) although others stock that hit by bad market sentiments show a small rebound . From that observation i feel that this is a dangerous and to warn our forumer here to forget about 'cowboy story' and face the reality. my intention is to treat this stock as usual stock (same as other stock in KLSE)..
Than from my observation also, we notice that there are 3 major banks were issued CW and most of exercise price are around RM1.30 - RM1.50.. So for sure they don't want this share exceed than that level coz they don't want to pay CW holder when CW expired. So look like JCY need major and strong COWBOY to come and goreng.. Is anybody out there can beat the power of MAY BANK,AMMB and CIMB to mantain or push this stock price?
from those reason i think the cowboy's story not exist for this stock..
However,currently i still believe to the fundamental of this stock but from my reading a few articles that publish from newspaper, i think JCY unable to maintain their good earning for 3rd quarter.

By observing yesterday's buying actions, I noticed that JCY supporter (Buyers) 133, 333, 860 and 1000 lots all help to support it and make sure the price never drop below RM 1.38. So I do believe that the cowboys story is real. Those may be the ally that Lamken mention before. But may be the timing is not right at the moment due to global choppy market conditions. This is only my opinion.
