What is so special about this company? Good QR? Good because of existing land reevaluation only not purely based on its business performances in education industry..

Good because student enrolment increased despite of the pandemic. Good because of Qtr revenue is consistent in 2020 when pandemic is raging. It has proven education is important at all times.
