michealjp.....off hand, one can see that Ivory would be better. But then again, not necessarily. There is absolutely no point in holding on to either Ivory or MRCB if both counters are weak in pushing up their shares to its realised value. Wud be better to look at other counters. One good example would be TAMBUN.

PETALING JAYA: Ivory Properties Group Bhd's 49%-owned Aspen Vision Land Sdn Bhd (AVLSB) is partnering with Ikano Pte Ltd (Ikano) to develop a mix development project, to be spread over a 10-year period, with an estimated gross development value of RM8 billion in Batu Kawan, Penang.
AVLSB, together with Ikano, will also develop a state-of-the-art integrated regional shopping centre and anchored by an IKEA Store.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ivory said it had signed a purchase and development agreement with PDA for the acquisition of 245-acre freehold land in Bandar Cassia for an undisclosed sum.
