After the recent visit to China, i have to change my view on chinese stock listed in Bursa for the following reasons:

1) Total production costs are increased substantially in china and expected to reduce the operating margin.

2) The glut in the property market particularly in the fisrt tier cities is expected to drag down the price for another 15%.

3) The model of world factory will be no longer an engine of growth.

4) The full effect will be taken place in second half of 2013. Hard landing in economy is no longer a question among the policy makers.

Conclusion: Avoid chinese link companies.

I believe everyone here has particular judgement on this stock. Reason why invest in the first place was a faith that it is a good,cheap, give good dividend return, and will make money as a feedback to all of the investor participated in this company. Although there's a lot of unknown sources of infos flying in the sky, please remember your notion when you first came in, is to breed a good thing together, not total speculate. Thank you! Thanks Namoyaki. I really enjoyed my trips there!!! Unlike Yuzuki, my trip was not a pilgrim driven. Instead, motivated by the desire for a soul-fulfiling.

I lived in heaven as i was in the kingdom of FBB and maria sharapova equivalent !!! I lived a life that matched most of the kings!!!

I'm sure you could imagined what i had done as a man in that paradise!!!! kikikikiki

Back to investment, i think it's more appropriate to cash out the good return achieved in blue chip stocks. I'm looking to increase the weightage of second liners in my portfolio.

I think the profit will be eroded with the new capex and higher operating cost. However, the earning outlook would be better in 2013. After ex dividend, the price might be naturally heading south.
