STP2A land valued at RM530psf. The 20% equity stake disposal to KWAP is equivalent to the value of 8 plots of land in STP2A with total land size of 1.45m sf that will be disposed to KWAP, valuing STP2A land at RM530psf. The transacted price of RM530psf is a positive surprise, higher than our previous land value assumption of RM400psf. We believe value of reclaimed land in STP2A will be crystalized with the entry of KWAP as it provides higher valuation benchmark for the whole STP2 project with total reclaimed land to be 760 acres.
No long term business in stocks market . U will lost until u go bankruptcy in short . Long term can only apply after when the market crash and started and beginning to crawl back then it is safe for longer term investment . It does not favour all the time for long term stocks investment . Any dump fool can get it right !
as all of u can see,now it have jus break its 50ma line(which occur twice since its uptrend which start in january),you have to set your exit plan and always execute it without hesitation, gd luck all.
You may not need to buy so soon, maybe you can wait until the price is stable and sustainable. But looking at Benalec's all-time trend, it seems to follow KLCI's trend. So I believe so long KLCI sustains this time, Benalec will rebound soon enough.

KWAP paid 500psf for STP2. what do you think for land reclaim by Benalec.
