In order for new investor to inject the capital to APFT, APFT has to decrease the par value of share capital from RM0.20 to RM0.05 because the Acts said APFT cannot issue new shares if the market value (RM0.065 or lower) is lower than the par value (RM0.20).

Therefore, APFT has no choice to reduce the par value to RM0.05 so APFT has the flexibility to raise fund by issuing new shares. This is another way for inviting new investor into the Company.

Based on current situation, if you are holding the shares with cash then no issue. If you are contra player then may have panic selling tomorrow.

Good luck and I still positive on APFT. It will take longer time to recover. But based on observation, the management has tried their best to rectify the situation instead didn't take any action. Therefore, I would rather sit back and relax and wait the management to run this show.

I observed something since last month following apft...when martin555 said increase, the apft share price decrease, but when martin555 said he has no hope, want commit suicide then share price increase instead...quite weird..you refer to pass trend and see....tracking the share...martin555 really a good indication of share price increase or decrease..
