Holding 285 million DNeX's shares @RM0.53 ( today closing) is already valued at RM151 million / total Censof's shares of 502 million = @RM0.3 per shares. If DNeX's share price increases to RM0.74 as recommended by banks, then, the value will be RM211 million / 502 million shares @RM0.42. WriKUALA LUMPUR (June 12): Censof Holdings Bhd said today that Erwin Selvarajah has emerged as a substantial shareholder in the financial management software solutions provider, after he raised his stake to 5.1% in the company.

Censof's filing with Bursa Malaysia today showed Selvarajah bought 600,000 Censof shares on the open market on Thursday (June 7, 2018).

Today, Censof said the acquisition raised Selvarajah's Censof stake to 5.1%, comprising 25.6 million shares. te a comment..
