I don't think this stock can go to penny stock.
The bottom is close. It may do a "YTL style" where a strong dividend is announced and gives a dividend yield of 6 %.

i faced this type of trend before and never cut loss but average down.
Example: kps where i average down from 2.00 to 1.48.
Then it rebound to 2.00. Make a handsome profit.

Tropicana is a stock that no fear to average down. Still a dividend stock .

it has high net gearing, can the dividend sustainable? cimb report gave a NR rating with 4 sen estimation yield. But it did not mention how its balance sheet can sustain that yield. IBs just expect it to successfully sell some of its assets.

Or sooner BJ Land merge with Tropicana since both are Tan brothers.

Many things can happen. There maybe consolidation in the property market due to challenging environment . Only the stronger survive.

No wonder the turnover rate in the company is so high. So many directors have come and gone. The problem is Danny does not listen to any of the staff that he hires.

What is the point of hiring so many top management from the outside if Danny is calling the shots on everything? Might as well hire executives and coolies only.

Danny likes to be surrounded by yes-men and suck-ups. Good for the ego but bad for the company. He only loves people who praise, agree and support his decisions.
