The share price drop is a true reflection of market's sentiment and confidence in its major shareholder. It is sad that we the minority shareholders have to suffer because of his incompetence, ineffectiveness and inability to manage the company. Everyone should object to his reappointment to the board at the next AGM.

If the owner is trying to press down the price we shouldn't be letting him do that. PE is only at 3 times. The company is completely undervalued even though its got quality assets. Good time to accumulate.

2015 will be a challenging year for property sector.
There will be more merger and acquisition happening in 2015 for them to strengthen their balance sheet. Only those stronger will survive this cycle. Something is brewing for Tropicana.

1.50 will be easily reached. Can move further to 1.70. This is the most valuable property counter as they have the most strategic lands in Penang, Klang valley and Johor.

Probably China big giant property counter may bought tropicana shares as they are very hungry now for M&A.
Year 2015 is year of M&A. All stocks are cheap sale now.

2014 new year started with market down 3% in 2/1/14. That's why this year also bad luck with market crash.

Next 2015 new year will start with market up 3% in 2/1/15 as we will see oil price will recover back in 2nd half after the opec meeting in jun 15.
