Michael Wong sifu, I just learnt that Trop on target achieving 1.2 bil sales last FY. current quater sales almost 380mil, That's why the unbilled sales only depleted 100 mil +-

soli, the W hotel and residency target completion is Feb 2019. guess still got a lot of construction work to be done after the topping ceremony. China company move veli fast one hoh... dun play play. That mean we shall see profit recognition on this property gradually increase from 2017 to 2018... and collection of $$$. As for the W hotel, it is to be the recurring income for Trop in future.

Tksw, where did you get the news that W Hotel will only be opened in Feb 2019. From the progress at the site, it looks like the hotel can be opened within 6 to 9 months time. Even the glass curtain wall is almost completed. Why need another 2 years? Why Trop wants to delay the opening?

enid 888 sifu, at first I read that W Hotel and suites had its topping ceremony, thought it is possible that it will be completed in 2017. However, the company presentation showed that the estimated completion date is 2019. and the suite only achieved 55% sales. I dun wanna be a sifu to said otherwise. Now that you said so, then may be the company's presentation got some mistake, I just dunno

haiz, after almost 2 years+ near to 3 years, i throw all my Trop yesterday and go to other stock. 1 days only, already gain back all my lost in trop + earning more. Maybe Trop only good for long long long team investment. But experience people all say not to touch Tan's family stock. What to do?

khatulistiwa1234 you does not have a position, some time ask all to dispose some time ask people to buy. By the way, remember 2017 is almost 10years since last crisis on year 2008, 10year cycles, do not forget. All stock hitting new high does not mean good for economic.

Spillover from IW City? IW City loss making company can move so high why not Trop? Trop also has land in JB, KL as well. Beside that Penang, Sabah and many places also got land. NTA RM 2.19 still cheap now.

(吉隆坡10日讯)丹斯里林刚河重组海滨城市(IWCITY,1589,主板产业组),大马城效应强大,引发强劲炒风,带动该股今早涨停板,林刚河其他相关公司和产业股也趁势而起,受到投资者追逐,成为大马股市今日全场焦点。

海滨城市继昨日复牌上涨12仙之后至1令吉76仙后,今早开盘股价节节攀升,在接近中午时一举冲上2令吉28仙涨停板水平,共上涨52仙或29.55%,全日成交量共1亿1397万7200股,为全场第二热门股,走势锐不可挡。

辉立资本基金经理张柏伟(译音)对《彭博社》表示,投资者揣测注入该公司的地库价值而买进该股。

他指出,海滨城市举行小型分析员汇报会,但未提供太多详情。

他说,市场投机猜测注入该公司的策略性黄金地段,将大幅推高该公司资产。

他表示,在该公司进一步厘清其企业行动的详情之前,辉立资本不会买进该股。

依海控股(IWH)是在周三宣布将以1换1比例,以每股1令吉50仙新股交换海滨城市的股票,并取代后者的上市地位。

同时,配合合并建议,依海控股也将展开重组计划,建议以64亿7000万令吉向林刚河、柔佛州政府旗下公司和柔佛苏丹收购资产,包括吉隆坡的马来西亚城(Bandar Malaysia)以及柔佛新山的金海湾(Danga Bay)和地不佬湾(Tebrau Bay)。

怡克伟士 柔建 林蓬岸种植
涨势惊人

林刚河控制的其他上市公司也“鸡犬升天”,怡克伟士(EKOVEST,8877,主板建筑组)飙涨16仙或12.4%,挂1令吉45仙,为全场最热门股。

怡克伟士WB(EKOVEST-WA,8877WB,凭单)涨势更凶,共上涨23仙或22.8%至1令吉24仙,为全场第六大涨价股。

另两只林刚河概念股柔建(KNUSFOR,5035,主板贸服组)涨23仙至1令吉45仙,最高升至1令吉43仙,林蓬岸种植(PLS,9695,主板种植组)上涨20仙或18.9%至1令吉26仙,不过这两只股成交量偏低。

林刚河和柔佛王子东姑依斯迈联手透过Aman Setegap公司持有柔建的30.11%股权,柔佛王子也出任柔建主席。同时林刚河也持有林蓬岸种植的23.42%股权,及出任非独立非执行董事。

所谓肥水不流外人田,投资者憧憬林刚河会把庞大工程合约颁给所控制的公司,带动有关公司股价飞升。

产业股鸡犬升天

另一方面,多只产业股也迎风起舞,其中大股东和柔佛皇室及巫统关系密切的白沙罗实业(DBHD,3484,主板产业组),上涨14.5仙至92.5仙,国浩置地(GUOCO,1503,主板产业组)升9仙至1令吉38仙,东家(E&O,3417,主板产业组)涨11仙至2令吉。
