alibaba e-commerce find it very hard to conquer merchandises like branded cosmetics . 80 percent of the branded cosmetics business is still done offline. main concern is fake cosmetics.as far as branded cosmetics is concerned in China, offline prices and online prices are the same. PARKSON has good reputation in CHINA and can flourish for a long long time.

short sellers getting burned til have to post non stop to stop the burning as retail short sellers have to close account daily. why waste time lying to get value stocks down. "lol......."
see U.S. market..all make $ together for value stocks like Macy's previously when it was cheap about $18.80-$20 now doubled in price since then.
wonder if sell orders today are real for Parkson..

if you & others haven't been short then siao ah daily chit chat funny stories. people dont have so much time in stock forum la if they are not in it for the money. i'v been buying Parkson cuz it is one of the cheapest stock i can find on Bursa with sufficient cushion. but won't sell at such low prices. still long way to go. thku for posting my old comment. my view has not changed besides short selling has been reintroduced in Msy hence small timers can now short sell. bt dont waste time short selling Parkson.

i cant really say who is doing what but Parkson making profit after many quarters of spending much money to turnaround biz model. Just think about the news surrounding Parkson currently. A company that sells goods worth up to RM11600mil in total sales proceed for 2017 with market cap of RM689mil today and NTA of RM2 plus. I think i dont have to convince anyone anymore the backwind in this stock for this year. Hopefully my thoughts are correct and some smart manager(s)/IB has taken interest in Parkson.
