How can Parkson delist PRA and PRGL? They not own both 100% right? Is it you mean giving PRA, PRGL as share dividend? Can all brokers allow us to sell non-Malaysian shares? Talk here no point why not write in or talk in AGM better.

My broker has problem to sell oversea stocks so Parkson management nego with all brokers how can it solve problem of selling oversea stocks? If take PRGL as avg HKD 1 and PRA SGD 5 sen how much can we get?

PLAY UP或将成百盛美妆板块新突破

对原告人的主张。

根据和解协议，Serbadagang与合肥百盛订立赔偿协议，据此，合肥百盛将于2018年4月30日或之前向Serbadagang支付初步赔偿；合肥百盛将与Serbadagang继续磋商可能追加赔偿；及可能追加赔偿须待合肥百盛与Serbadagang于2018年6月30日或之前订立具法律约束力协议，方可作实。

二是，中国法律顾问向公司表示，指合肥百盛可能会于上诉中败诉，且向公司表示，倘合肥百盛于上诉中败诉，则可能引致鞍山百盛须(i)按原告人要求向鑫辉退还鞍山大多数权益及向原告人(或其关联方)支付该等分红。

董事认为，倘合肥百盛向鑫辉退还鞍山大多数权益，集团将失去一家附属公司，而该附属公司于过去连续10年实现纯利(截至2016年及2017年12月31日止2个年度分别实现纯利约人民币3850万元(经审核)及3940万元(未经审核))；及该等分红金额约人民币3.48亿元(未经审核)，较初步赔偿金额高出人民币2.48亿元。
