I see last week parkson announcement to raise fund to start the Parkson credit business.
Now, HK parkson 70% and Malaysia parkson 30%,
MY parkson raise RM100Mil, HK parkson should invest RM200 mil for new credit fund.
If true, hopefully can bring some profit in near term.

EPF and Tabung already sold off all shares during BN times.
Parkson can up, when government fund are buy back.

Maybe plan to list in Hang sang HK. because sold 70% to subsidiary company (HK parkson) are unreasonable.

Simple logic

When a man cannot earn enough, what does he do easily to get a way out to survive every month or year?

That's right! He borrows more money from banks to survive

In parkson's case is similar.

Parkson doesn't earn any profit for 3 consecutive years.

That is very alarming! Imagine 3 years u making losses and u survive by using monies from bank loans

In the end the borrowings keep adding up.

WHAT ABOUT WHEN INTEREST RATE GOES UP?

With that massive borrowings, sure parkson is FRIED or BURNT

HK parkson mall in china, all are in centre of each city. Hard to drop and the value is 2008 price.
China will cut corp tax to help real business in order to compete with online business.
May be parkson wil bankrupt, but farkson please do not post the same news too many times.
We know the risk to invest parkson, but it undervalue now(0.33). But it short term price should 0.27. Very very bad feeling.

Please advice me some company do business are no loan debt.
If no debt, better dpnt list in market.
If with debt is means bankrupt, then US government will bankrupt long time ago. Every year deficit USD 500 bil.
If think bankrupt means unable to get bank loan.
Issue rights is One of the signal.

I am not insider, if no use if then I use the word maybe.
Then PHB sell 70% stake to Parkson HK for RM 49 mil, it may be give other RM40mil profit gain on disposal on subsidiary. Maybe show in 2nd quarter financial result too.

All is maybe, because I not the MGMT. They want to make loss accounting in a legal method. How ?

kennean you really pondan. Management report weak(loss) QR so that they want you sell cheap haha. If Parkson really bankrupt like haters(farkedson you mention) they(WC, etc) should know first and do selling.

I agree with u. If WC want parkson shoot, just buy back 10 mill shares (RM 3.5 mil) only.
He want us all die, then they will sapu all. So I said they make weak accounts for that purpose.

Empty shopping malls everywhere(bec oversupply) can see in M'sia. When lease expire Parkson should negotiate for lower rental or quit altogether(like in Sg. Wang) haha.
