Previous year, it was so hard to break 1.00 level
as its price in rangebound position 90-99 but
when the price pass 1.00 level the price soar drastically
and touch 1.85 level.
I think its price will soar yo rm 2.00 soon due to
its better financial result and the project that
have been awarded to this company.

Support line seen at1.70 and resistance at1.73.
The good financial result and got some projects worth
approximately rm 3 billion is the best stock to invest.

Placing a part of the shares to a specific investor. Maybe placed to any parties though.

If to creditors, then it is a bad thing because the company is unable to give back the debts, so instead the pay back their shares. However, I doubt this is the case because the company is doing very well and has a lot of cash in hand.

If to fund managers/other, then it supposed to be pretty good.

and miketyu, I saw something similar with ntpm (had been monitoring this counter more than a month), previously there had been 400k selling queue at 0.84 until it was removed yesterday.

I would avoid this counter for now until the placement is over ... the recent circular stated that placement will be at a 10% discount to VWAP price and e.g. at RM1.73, placement place will be at RM1.56.
