Usually if the shares sold are well below the market price, there's an unseen handshake agreement done behind the scene.

Sometimes, the difference is paid in full off-market. This usually happens when some people want to do a swap between themselves because of some kind of interest, such as settling debts between themselves.

I'm not saying this is what happened today because I have no idea regarding the sale today, but this is some of the scenarios that usually happen.

well spoken of director or any shareholder share on hand... but surely guess then who else would put that huge volume quantities of a sell price that makes surely imposible for hundreds of traders finished that sell prices quantities...? then ofcourse it will makes all the investor that have stock in hand to sell out all their share on by one to gain another rising stock at bottom prices...

Be a wise investor. Think of the big volume buyers instead. These are the buyers that boost the volume. That is a positive sign of confidence in the stock. Why worry about the small fraction sales of directors.

Any one of the directors has a stake much much bigger than any one of us. Do you think any director would want to sell to push down the price to 0.45.? Don't be silly lah. remember there are many big buyers who are absorbing all the big selling. Don't you think these big buyers are silly?. You need to think positive. mk76, what is director selling 400000 share compared to the volume of 22 million shares in one day. The heavy buying can easily absorb the selling. Open your eyes when investing in good shares. Don't let small issue detract from the fundamentals. Remember:single digit PE!
Stay focused. Just buy and keep. Don't bother about day traders who are only interested in 1 or 2 sen gain.
