CPO has gone up rm 1k from rm 1900 to rm 2900 now. Unbilled sale is rm 1.1 billion. I am looking at their new project, Mirai residence. It is attracting as it embraces japanese concept via the cooperation with panasonic. I hope it is sold well. Next year will be an exciting year for MKH
@aero1., can you share how you get the dividend income from plantation assets is in the range of 8-12 sen? that is very high estimation not calculating the div from property division
Indo plantation income is used to pare down the debt for purchasing the land. So there will not be any dividend from indo operations in the near term. Once the debt is cleared, either they will reward the shareholders or they will expand.

Plantation eps is capable of achieving 4 to 5 sen each q. Unbilled property more than 1 billion plus new project to be launched, property eps can achieve at least 20 sen.

Mirai residence is an important project, a first high rise in the many high rise and ambitious buildings planned for Kajang 2. MKH JV with Panasonic for this project. Some calls it japan township.
FCPO is breaching rm 3k. Rupiah also strenghtens against usd which is the highest over a year. These will benefit MKH a lot, it reduces usd borrowing foreign exchange loss
Indonesia pours money into infrastructure. MKH to consider pouring money into property market in Indonesia. Its more than 10 years presence there helps.

The current share price is still far from its peak at rm 2.5 2 years back. I had sold it before at close to rm 3 before right issue. Plenty of room for the share price to climb. Public bank retirement fund has been holding it close to 10%
