Zurich Starts Talks to Possibly Buy Takaful Player in Malaysia

Zurich Insurance Malaysia Bhd. said it has started preliminary negotiations with MAA Group Bhd. to buy the Malaysian group's 75% stake in MAA Takaful bhd.
Takaful Malaysia will need to act fast to buy other small takaful business. I expect they will buy within a year. Original plan was in 2 years.

已经三次机会给投资者买入rm4.00左右below.

第一次： Profit taking fr rm4.20+-至rm3.85

第二次： Correction Price between rm4.00 ++

第三次：也是Correction Price rm3.86-rm4.01

Price 保持介于rm3.95徘徊。

一般上@通常3、4天Correction Price 后Bullish.

Need 5 to 9 days correction from rm3.80 to rm4.00 before bullish after 9 days and fly at least rm0.50 to rm4.50 to rm4.90. If you buy 5000 shares at rm4.00, profit gain may be (RM4.50-RM4.00) X 5,000 = RM2,500

我查过OSK OMS 188 System,
Indicators like MACD,显示上涨趋势。But， 这不是100%准确。
(黑线在红线上，而且两条线之间距离越远，越好!)
(就算几仙，也算上涨)

不能单单看1-2 小时的市场来做标准，(如9：00am -11:00am)
反而得看整体@整天走势。(9:00am-12:30noon & 2:30pm-5:00pm )

consolidation price - eg. Let's say you and others bid for something and the seller asking a price.
The seller ask for 10 and buyer ask for 5. Then gradually the seller reduce price to rm8 and buyer willing to raise the price to rm7. The targe become closer and closer and finally agree at rm7.5. Currently the consolidation seems to be 3.9 - 4. Once these phase is done, it form a support price where most transactions are carried out. After that if there is good news, people are willing to pay much higher than the consolidation price. Those bought at consolidation price are also unwilling to sell below the price and therefore forming a support.

It is forming a pennant flag. The flag pole (7) is quite high and if it break out from the flag, the upside will be quite high. This is only from the TA analysis. FA is quite strong for takaful due to its dominant market shares and growth prospect.

TA only help you to timing of buying. More importantly, read the company business and potential.
