Fair value for property share is very hard to say nowadays. U can see L&G with EPS ard 15 sen per share only with price RM0.50. Tambun also value at PE of 6 to 7. So, NTA is around RM3.80 plus RM1.30 divided by 3 is around RM1.70. You are using RM0.75 to buy RM1.70 share. Discount 55%!
