Tomorrow should hit Rm1.80 because previously rumors already hit RM1.89. Now everything seems real. If really announced, likely will go until RM3.00 like IWC. Also the Pavilion 2 projects, Tmn Tun and few more projects easily GDV > RM15 billion.

Also, the whole Bandar Malaysia's GDV was RM200billion (USD50bil) before and could now be more if Wanda group is one of the new master developer. Wanda group said on yesterday that they are considering to invest USD10bil into Bandar Malaysia. Let's say USD30bil is what needed to fully develop this last piece of prime land in KL, we know that there are at least another 2 local partners in this new consortium. So, things are definitely positive for Malton.

Bandar Malaysia is too important to our PM in his term. Just like ppl will always link KLCC Twin Towers & KLIA to Tun M, so, the more success the Bandar Malaysia or perhaps can eventually replace KLCC Twin Towers to be the iconic development in KL, this is what our PM hopes for. Wanda group is the best candidate for this.

I somehow also think the rumor is true. When Malton denied it last Monday, Wanda group and EPF just keep quiet. You think the Star dare to simply make up the story without worry of getting sue by Malton, Wanda group or EPF? Now that Wanda group admitted that they have interest in Bandar Malaysia, things are quite certain and confirmed already. It is just the matter of time for the announcement, perhaps waiting for green light from China's financial authorities.

Malton denied but later confirmed ma because they really never in talks with Najib and Wanda but upon entering agreements between Wanda and Najib then Wanda appoint Malton as their jv partner.

someone is keep accumulating from RM.80 to RM 1.50. You think this people will allow price fall below RM1.00? Surely not. Everyday someone is accumulating it regardless what price. Later drop to RM1.40 immediately shoot up again to RM1,60.

若是丹斯里林晓春真有意参与大马城建设，那也不叫人意外，毕竟这位产业钜子在2015年时就曾参与大马城的招标，只是当时他伙同卡塔尔政府旗下主权财富基——卡塔尔投资局不敌IWH-CREC，因此卷土重来并不无可能。

如果林晓春真与王健林的万达集团和公积金局三强联手，总体实力可能比IWH-CREC有过之而无不及，将为大马城端出一盘怎样的菜，自然格外叫人好奇。

Marcus18, check the announcement. Malton clearly stated no discussion related to bandar malaysia with any party. Such a big projects cannot just sit at kopitiam and start make deals.
