inwest88, to be fair to JCool, my initial response to him also a bit sarcastic. But I didn't actually mean to be. I remember my first response to you in our first encounter also a bit sarcastic, a little only lah, just for fun. but you are more mature and understand my intention that i didn't mean it.
Haha no worries, I can take a bit of sarcasm. Anyway what I don't fancy is that a person kept on pressuring, if not demanding that you provide your basis / method of valuation. If this person does not agree with your computation, he can just do his own. You do not owe him, or anyone else for that matter your way / basis of analysis. After all it is not a recommendation or inducement to buy or sell. Like you say, everyone is entitlement to his individual views and if he does not agree with what others say, just don't bother. There is no need to start an argument or confrontation.
I wonder why many members want to RED FLAG some kind members like JCool & sephiroth good advice posting just because I presume they are telling the truth and give some good brotherly advice. Does The Truth really hurts so many members here who holds shares in Malton. Is JCool & sephiroth language abusive? But you all who holds malton shares don't like the truth and you all Red Flag their post not because of "abusive language" but because of their good advice. You may hold Malton shares and want it to go up & so you Red Flag JCool & sephiroth good advice postings....too bad indeed, not abusive language use, you all Red Flag it, so many of silly members here, what a shame indeed. Salam.
I presume many members here are really abusing the "Report Abuse" button. Ask yourself this...are JCool & sephiroth good advice postings REALLY ABUSIVE? Or is it that you don't like "The Truth" to be spoken that you all collectively click the "Report Abuse" button and RED FLAG it? Mere stupidity indeed, what more can I say.
Posted by anbz > Sep 22, 2013 11:10 PM | Report Abuse weird... a guy that likes to use 'moron' word repeatedly to others...is ok?
anbz, no, this is of course not ok. But the way I read him, he is a young and hot blooded man. He was actually provoked. Why do I think so?
In all his posts, JCool didn't carry out personal attack. He just wanted to "advise" me not to publish any report of stocks because may be he looked very up on me (just kidding here), that he afraid that others will lose money blindly following my posts (no, I never recommend). Or if I do, I must put a disclaimer. Nothing personal, just his strong feeling.
This is unlike some who carry out personal attacks and without any damn proof at all. Accusing others bullshit, copy and paste, cheating, con people repeatedly. Those behaviors of personal attacks are not ok. don't you agree?
Guys today I've decided to disposed my MALTON @0.845 which I hv bought @0.815 due to sudden & surprisingly low volume as compared to the last 2 days & also due to the bearish enviroment for property related counters & the imminent hike in RPGT for the coming Budget 2014 in October.
Hv an enjoyable weekend & good luck in yr investment.
yong I hv already commented the reasons why I've decided to disposed MALTON to take profit, & shall not be in a position to commit myself to advice people to follow my decision.
V do not hv a crystal ball to predict the direction of the mkt, n the final decsion whether to buy or to sell any security is yr sole responsibility as it was yr hard earned money.
i believe, after budget 2014 come out, this stock will drop further and it will be our collecting time~~^.^ due to construction is pushing by the government.
Property counters will be experiencing a kneejerk reaction as a result of higher RPGT & tighter loan-to-value ratios which r some of the measures that may be implemented in the coming Budget 2014 on 25/10/2013.
As a precautionary measure investors r advise to dispose their property stocks before the Budget 2014.
