PDZ and Sanichi will jointly design, develop and manage a regional e-commerce logistics hub on 94.7 hectares of land in Desaru, Johor.

If u look on a positive note, XOX major shareholder too converted their warrants. Thus their shareholding pool got bigger ie bigger control. Imagine, each time xox booming up, how much of shares they can throw in the market without affecting their status? As well as for the mother to fly freely without people chasing after their warrants. They intend to pool the money in just one basket and that is Mother. Can PDZ do the same? Or is that just a small shareholder converting for small gain?
