is govt acquiring entire LITRAK Bhd? Or just acquiring LDP & Sprint only?
The former u will get rm5.08. The latter u wont get rm5.08.

according to the announcement, Equity value of RM5.08 per LITRAK Holdings’
share.....so, the offered price should be RM5.08, right?

litrak bhd is basically LDP Sprint. if the latter then litrak will realise cash and should disburse back 5.08 in dividends for shareholders

regardless, they'll have cash of 2.6b after settling debts. means share price should reflect and be at 5.08. interesting to see what the PE value of the company will be if that happens.

I feel like it's not a good deal to be honest. litraks sukuk matures next year. After that there's an extra 200m per year to be added into their 150m yearly dividend payment.

Litrak NTA is about RM2.40. Gamuda NTA about RM3.70. KPS NTA is about RM1.90
