As i said for the 50th time.
Ytl now is coming off its 3rd lower high bounce towards its flat base of its bearish descending triangle formation at 2.12 n will break it and sink big time as in any descending triangle formation. Ytl power will follow. Stay away.

I’m looking at the YTL stock price chart just now and I can see only an ascending trend line in the longer term.
Currently, it’s dropping slowly to meet the above trend line and most likely, will rebound from there.

YTL 2QR will be out in a few or a couple of days and is expected to declare good earnings.
So, I don’t think its stock price to succumb from selling pressure.
Fundamental analysis always triumph over technical analysis in the longer timeframe.

NVidia (NVDA) stock price was shredded mercilessly until usd662.48 on but just right before its 4QR announcement yesterday however surges to usd735.95 in after hours market when NVDA reported a record breaking profit exceeding analysts forecast estimates.
YTLp & YTL stock will experience similar stock price treatment as NVDA.

Actually, ytlp has a really big leg up since they have the required infrastructure and most importantly, the data centre management capabilities on hand. Other data centres that wants to setup here will most likely approach ytlp first because of the above.

Although it is rare that such a high profile company will have such publicity towards one of our corporation, nvidia is afterall, pretty much a hardware provider to ytlp. The focus should be how many companies that want to sign up to use ytlp's data centre park.

ytlp has another advantage, which is the royalty of Johor sultanate. The johor royal family has invested in the solar farm.

And the johor sultan being the agung for the next 5 years, the federal and state government will (some how) likely give preferential treatment for investment approvals and utilities connection to ytl's data centre. Surprisingly, reliable water and electricity supply is rather limited in malaysia and somehow, ytl has this portion cornered through strategic investment and also royal family tie up....

After all, how can tnb and the federal/state authorities don't approve connection to agung's investments right?? :P

just wait out this correction and consolidation phase...i'm waiting for it

if it drops further, it will be another good entry point, the data centre will have a really good income stream in the mid/long term, in addition with the soon to be adjusted water tariff on wessex water end....quite a lot can play out for the remainder of 2024

YTL 2.15. Its descending triangle base is at 2.12. 2 scenarios. Hit 2.12 n break, or hit 2.12 n rebound a few cents n hit 2.12 again n break.

Let's see how QR goes, and let's see how market moves. We don't need to argue senselessly as if anyone knows better. It will move the way it will, this forum is such a miniscule and niche community, let the negative naysayers enjoy themselves. It means nothing, and this might be all the power they feel in their day to day.

Those who believe in the prospects, will still hold on, because we see a lot more potential for financial growth. That's kinda it. No amount of short term triangles or 2% red day is gonna change that.
