Right now we already know 125 acres in NCIP already has 3 major players in hyperscale DC, and across the road to Nusajaya Tech Park (by Ascendas), 2 hyperscale DC already in operation years ago.

No progress report from YTLP make investors very nervous whether it will actually take off. Not to forget in Feb this year, there was speculation coming over from Singapore that YTLP will not get power supply from National Grid.

I am not sure to what extent it is true.

The present performance, YTLpower is still making more profit gain from Cresndo.

Bought Cresndo at 2.20, the present share price is 3.23, the gain % is 46.8%.
Bought YTLpower at 1.10, the present share price is 4.00, the gain % is 263.6%.
YTLpower still make more profit gain than Cresndo.
It is a known fact.
Still counting my gain and laughing all the way to the bank on profit gained from YTLpower.
