would enter at 24.5 sens then. now i cannot tell you. i see always trading rangebound. but it did touched 27 sens yesterday. you wanna take a bet, that maybe market has started to notice this undervalued stock?

Oil palm currently suffering from low prices. It affect all cpo counters. News about keladi is they are still doing land conversion for project or housing developments, so I think their earnings will be relatively growing for the next 2-3 years.

One has to balance earnings and market sentiments. Will the bull sustain? Is 27 sens a good entry point? How much will the palm production cost drag them? All are valid questions!

Only buy this counter <0.25. (Cash around 0.20, PE around 12+) If price suddenly goes beyond 0.28 sell with no hesitation. The prospect of this counter need to further investigated after quarter report that due in end of March. If no further new project earning coming in. This counter is Death.

Pros:
-Good cash in hand. 0.20sen
-develop low cost and middle cost houses which is still demand-able.
-Good earning/profit/operation margin.

Cons:
-Taman Lagenda development almost come to an end.
-Weak Planting profit.
-No much detail about future project development and sales status.
-Housing price and purchasing demand reduced nationally.

To play safe, buy only if it is <0.25, Sell if it touch >0.28. Wait for the next coming quarter report and decide to keep or sell.

If next quarter result still BAD and no good company prospect to support, plus a good dividend declare (Since they have too much of cash) to attract buyer to support this counter price, then SELL WITH NO HESITATION.

not quite, keladi potential was discussed since last year 4q. this time round newspaper was juz repeating. note heavy shares exchanged during off market last year... not sure if anything is going on underneath.
