The Company would like to update the Exchange that the High Court during the Case Management held on 5 February 2015 has fixed the matter for further Case Management on 16 April 2015, pending disposal of the Kerajaan Negeri Selangor application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court (which is fixed for Hearing on 14 April 2015, against the Decision of the Court of Appeal delivered on 2 April 2014 allowing SYABAS’ appeal to join CIMB Investment Bank Berhad as a co-plaintiff in its capacity as a security agent and to re-amend the Statement of Claim).

I think Puncak and DRB could be the final last 2 bidder. It could be in favor for Puncak as goodwill for its corporation to disposed its water concession to Fed and state gov in order for water restructuring to materialize and langat 2 to continue. However, even if Puncak unable to secure, it could still compensate with next tender bid of new water treatment plant in Rapid, Pegerang project.

If you all noticed and clear, based on bursa announcement, it is Air Selangor, NOT Puncak that request for extension of time to fulfill the condition precedent, which presumably to ascertain issue of ownership with Fed gov. In addition, in the M&A deal, if there is delay, many adopt to extent 1 month, 3 month or 6 month for completion deal. Unlike other, Air Selangor delay and give definite actual date of expected completion date on 9 Fed or 26 days from initial date on 14 Jan. Therefore, I opine that the deal is ongoing and either reach completion yesterday, which to be announce by today or seek further extension.

Use some common sense. Both Federal and State government want this to happen. Puncak also want this to happen. Nothing is going to stop this deal. Be more confident and assertive.

Current price is RM2.72.

After dividend, cash level is 1548 million or RM2.90 per share.
After dividend, Net Assets is 1836 million or RM3.45 per share.

So, is this price a safe price or not?

Remember, one important thing. Current price is RM2.72. After dividend, the price is RM2.72-1 = RM1.72.

Compare 1.72 with 2.90 & 3.45. Do you feel safe or unsafe?

Agreed, Anwar will very likely goes to jail again, But it is unlikely affect Puncak deal at all. It could however, may affect splash deal as its CEO, Wan Azmi, control 30% stake splash is Anwar close friend and PKR think tank director

Why is Anwar an element in this deal? The previous and current Selangor MB want it to be done because they have witnessed firsthand what the drought can do. The people are angry at the constant water rationing. They wish to solve this water issue.

Well, it is just speculation. Previously, rumor did circulate that one of the reason Khalid force to quit was because of he refusal to follow Anwar advise (being a Selangor state economy adviser and PKR leader) to value splash based on 1x book value.

Now, with Anwar confirm guilty and sent to jail base on judgement today, it is just assume it may affect renegotiation deal between splash and state as well as Fed gov. Nonetheless, it is splash value will only be know by Sept, still have 7 month time left to deal with.

According to last HOA, Puncak is given 2 month, splash is given 1 year and KPS is given 6 month to conclude the deal with state and fed gov.

Therefore, Puncak deal suppose to seal the deal in 14 Jan, but extend to 9 Fed and now pending to announcement on it latest progress whether seal or delay again.

On the other hand, Splash (Wan Azmi 30%, Gamuda 40%, KPS 30%) deal will only conclude in Sept, still have 7 month, while, KPS deal (91% stake in Abbass) will conclude in Mar or still a month time

It would be better if the delay is caused by Puncak. But I already discovered PKR has tanked
everythings with Fed including Puncak deal. If ALL PKR members ask for retaliation, then
retaliation would begin. If Azmin is in the way, he will be removed as Khalid has found out
the hard way. Anwar's wife is NOT in good terms with Azmin, so Azmin will avoid a confrontation
with her. As I see it from here, most likely the Splash deal will be completed first before Puncak
has a chance. What Fed is willing to offer Splash will depend on how hard cronies's pressure
on Najib. Langat 2 is now officially a jail mate with Anwar. It will be a mess for atleast 6 months
