jacklin, aiyo, if you agree with roger and have used margin account, then keep some cash in case Puncak drops; if you disagree with roger, then just ignore him. I for one has decided to keep my position till water restructuring is completed, though, an earlier settlement is definitely much appreciated. Meanwhile, will keep on cursing Azmin till he completes the restructuring. Yeah!

I think you use rule of thumb 60/40 (Roger123/Hng33) haha
(or the other way round)

My gut tells me Puncak fate is more visible after Bersih 4.0.

Jack, so you are a guy rather than a girl? I admire Hng33's skills, when he sell I take caution and sell some if I have made some profitable short-term trade on Puncak earlier. Otherwise, mostly admire. I will take cautious move when Roger said deal will not be completed soon and price will drop further by try not jump in. Well, it is a bit too late today, I bought some Puncak warrant @ 1.58 today when seeing Puncak broke even today. While with an initial intention to sell after making some profit, I didn't act accordingly. Guess that's why I try to avoid short-term trades. As for information, think Singor is more trustworthy but he has not posted any lately.

This highway cut thru' water catchment area in Ulu Klang Dam and Ulu langat Dam. Previously

Both dams supply about 1/3 treated water for KL and Part of Selangor. Once raw water is
disrupted/contaminated, another source has to come in ( tunnelled water from Pahang )
--Langat 2. Langat 2 piping is going to join Ulu Langat Dam and Ulu Klang supply line ( I have
not seen the actual layout yet but the plan is mention before)

hng33. I think it will not delay. The deal can be signed and SELCAT can examine later after it's a done deal and not before. Otherwise SELCAT share executive responsibility if deal delayed or turn sour after completion. SELCAT is a committee of the Selangor State Assembly. SELCAT therefore won't examination the deal BEFORE finalisation. Only after finalisation.

I think Khalid wanto revenge azmin government because last time he margin for this puncak stock . Tot can get advantage from the master agreement sign by him . How know he remove by PKR then the deal is dead n he lose the game . Another way maybe he is jealous azmin use less than one year to resolve the water restructuring in selangor . Another very funny thing is the 9.65b offer by our former Ex MB Khalid n now he ask azmin to declare the acquisition cost . I think he more clear to know the price n cost . And The price his offer to SPLASH . Is not fair n not reasonable . If following the worldwide calculation (1x of NBV) for splash is 2.8b . Our ex mb just offer 250million . Who want to sell to you . I think event can't get approve in EGM . That why the Selangor water restructuring can't be done . So don't kaciao la our old friend .

probably khalid have to explain why the 1st and 2nd offer to take over splash was 1x book value but now the latest offer become 0.1 x book value. If not, azmin will still stick to the 1st offer since kps was owned by selangor govt 58%. The money is still flow back from left pocket to right pocket to end the deal happily. Only some extra have to pay to gamuda, wan azmi and the minority like me.
Happy ending rather than drag for so many years. End of the day, tariff increase which is still reasonable for the selangor people as many years no increase.

It is in fact good for market to correct at one go, adjust severely few time, instead of drag down slowly but at prolong time. I think our market maybe at more stablize state now after adjusting few time more than -30 pts, will range trade at current level, but if external condition keep worsenning, on or another sudden shock, then index next stronger support level will be 1500 to 1480.
