After Kahang plantation disposal completed with huge net cash position now. Just wait for company next move on whether declare special dividend or enlarge its IT and telco business. Never forget KUB still got plenty of palm oil plantation at Sarawak and Sabah. Really underrated...

Now at dead lock, buyers just maintain position and reluctant to push vice versa as seiier. It will be more excitement if there is a sudden gap up or down in price with volumn. Disturb the equilibrium!!!

Management doing lousy PR job as such a good news never appeared in any main stream medias.

For me, have joined on board almost 1 year, still can wait as I want biggest profit.

Selling KUB Malua plantation to tradewinds.
Summary :

Con : 1 of lost of 3.4 cent p/s

Pro : rationalise lost making asset that drag btm lines.
: gearing lv will reduce from 0.19 to 0.01, virtually debt free.

Plantation arms will left with Landbank in Mukah sarawak. Dun be surprise if another disposal on the table. Exit plantation business.

After today disposal become debt free, net cash holding = current share price which is 0.675. The rest of assets are free for shareholders and plantation land still left around 4,500 ha.
