fazil, weiboy - both of you are correct, ie. if you have money, hold. But from my experience, many a time, when the market slump I do not have enough cash to pick up good stocks and hence missed opportunity. Recent examples were IJM and AIRASIA. With the election looming and the uncertainty that it will bring, I think it's good to reserve enough bullets. But these telco stocks always go up when you sell. You can never time it perfectly. Decision decision
