agree, defensive stock during GE. Yup, Digi is more volatile and Maxis is more stable. But important is both of them keep uptrend from month to month, year to year. I buy both Digi and Maxis ;)

dont say that bro. we all started somewhere. most important is get gameplan right. just hang in there, the fall wont last too long. if you recall, many came and queue at 4.99 (if recall correctly, i saw about 4k+ queuing then!

If not mistakenly, Warren Buffet cited even government change but company fundamental is good, the stock price will only volatile temporary. Again, the stock price just influenced by certain issued and will recover soon.

Here are 5 events that may have impact on stock market:
1.The debt ceiling of the United States.
2. The Ameriacan presidential election in November.
3. The American fiscal cliff in December,which refers to the end of the so called Bush Tax cuts and will see the expiration of the payroll tax cut and the implementation of automatic spending cuts,all of which begin next year.
4. The end of US Federal Reserve's Operation Twist in December. Investor should note that the end of prior quantitative easing plans have been met with equity markets slumping.
5. Greece exiting the eurozone. Nobody knows how the market will react to it but the consensus is that the reaction will be of historic propotions.
