KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): Duopharma Biotech Bhd has denied appointing any party including Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd's unit Bintai Healthcare Sdn Bhd as a distributor of the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia.

In a bourse filing, the pharmaceutical company said it was referring to a report concerning Bintai Healthcare partnering with the company to distribute the vaccine in the country.

alot of of unusual ques,

1, if the director is cheating , this company will be freeze by bursa,any reason making them want to risk this ?

2 , the directot wont be so s tupid,, dump 3 million in , and wasted it?

3, or both company want to pull down the price again , for topping up more share,
this issue happened on genetec share b4 , before upping to 31.00
when the share price at 3.00 the director or shareholder keep said doesnt have any project in the future,then the price drop to lowest at 2.30, and now look at the price !!!

4, i am also wondering , why and how bintai will take this control and sharing with duopharma??
why duopharma cant take over and get profit alone , why must share with other???
this is very mystery

or unless , this is a trap , the director is dispose tomolo

If I read correctly, buntal never announce that but it was a businesss agreement with NGTS, buntal claimed is a duopharma's appointed healthcare organizer, to collaborate in c19 vaccine distribution. it is assumed NGTS has the proper rights from duo.

...interestlingly in the same article, duo also denied having appointed any other parties in sinopharm's c19 distribution...What would buntal and NGTS have in reply...we'll see.

seems buntal has cunningly written the agreement...never said either buntal or ngts has been appointed distributorship by duo on the said vacc... i wont expect buntal or ngts has anything to answer but to one comprehension.
