This counter is bad for any investor. See below scenario:
In 2016: Bought 1,000,000 @ 0.01 = RM 10,000
Diluted by Private Placement 2.9 billion shares @ 0.01
In 2017: Share consolidation: 50,000
At 0.06 only left RM 3,000
In 2017 also, lots of RCN= Around 174 mil shares (diluted further)
Pity all those investors. This counter will drop further

Bursa is not only useless but corrupted. MACC should also come in to investigate and catch and charge the directors of such companies ..to protect the minority who are the victims of such exercise..

They are doing a legal business but doesn't knows how to managed it hence there is no case that warrants MACC investigations at the first place.

It is the investor's decision whether to invest or not in the company stocks.

History already painted all these years for you to evaluate the company and yet many investor's still hoping it will turnaround.

Even with acquisition of another shipping biz back few years also proved that they cannot turned the company around and yet another right issues to sucked investor's in.

The latest is consolidated the stocks and yet it doesn't goes well with the investor's.

Better leave the bitter experience and go on with other performing ones.
