吉隆坡15日讯）Hubline Bhd与Petronas Chemical Marketing（纳闽）有限公司（PCML）签署了一份初步协议，为日后的干散货和液体化学品物流服务定期合约建立合作框架。

Hubline今日向大马交易所报备，已于今日签署谅解备忘录（MoU）。

“双方同意合作，并共同研究Hubline的5年计划，发展化学船只的技术能力，以满足PCML的物流需求。”

“双方可进行协商，以确保与PCML的干散货和液体化学品物流服务的定期合约安排。”

Hubline董事部认为，与PCML的合作将为Hubline提供有利的平台，扩大现有的干散货物流服务，并涉足液体化学物流服务。

闭市时，Hubline跌3.2%，收于15仙，约7760万股成交。市值为3亿2017万令吉。过去12个月，跌幅约为25%。

Meanwhile, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a logistics collaboration between PETRONAS Chemicals Marketing Labuan (PCML) Ltd and Hubline Berhad was also signed, enabling Hubline Berhad to join PCML’s panel of transporters for petrochemical products.

Signing on behalf of PCML for this MoU was its chief executive officer Shamsairi Mohd Ibrahim while Hubline was represented by its chairman Ibrahim Baki.
