Based on assumption 1 and 2, the PP and ESOS exercises will be completed before the end of December 2020. After that, no more ESOS and PP if there is no more new ESOS or PP proposed and approved.

All these ESOS PP are cheap...but not free.

Expect to see the company flush with cash on completion. It's a lot of cash for Borngold's size
