Yup no point talking. Everybody has their own valuation. I personally reckon its price is about 2.3 sen taking into account all the dilution. So I'll just wait at the side till this circus grinds to a halt.

I really can't understand how PP of 2.5sen can dilute the share price to below 2.5sen. MQ pay the company net cash of 2.5sen per share

I also cannot understand the argument on the above dilution to below 2.5 sen. However i would like to look at it from a different angle. In the last PP of 50mil, the company received RM1.25m and further strengthened its net cash position. I believe when the price starts to move upward later on (maybe after the completion of the PP), people may start looking at the NTA of the company which is 11 sen.

@suprnoob. Please study the balance sheet in the last QR report. NTA at 11 sen. Please use some basic accounting before making such nonsense speculation. Let us consider, there are another 30% of PP by McQuire to be completed. I think it only will dilute the NTA, maximum to 10 sen, not 0.1 sen as you said.

I noted, before the McQuire PP subscription, the NTA around 12 sen. After 70 % of the PP subscription by McQuire, the NTA just reduced from 12 sen to 11 sen only. There is an effect from the dilution of shares from the increasing of the company share from the 70% subscription of PP by McQuire.

Sincerestock, u too sincere innocent. History tell all. That why ppl need study history and technical analysis. Fundamental tell all. Don't know go study. 2 years ago I also like u.. Don't give up. Pay attention to supply/demand. So many case company use retailer to finance expansion... At the end delisted/private. How low.. U really a fool. Do you know they can they can apply 10 shares to 1 once outstanding shares too high?
