The time has arrived for Bornoil. Strategic stories are appearing. As at 15 December 2021, total number of shares placed for Macquarie Bank and remain unsubscribed was 112,827,550 shares. On 20 January 2022, 12,827,550 was subscribed. Then again 21 January 2021, 52,600,000 shares were subscribed. The outstanding balance unsubscribed is only 47,400,000 which I expect will be subscribed very soon and this concludes the full placement.

The other interesting issue is the price of shares of Verde Resources Limited of which Bornoil holds 166,666,666 shares at US 3 cents per share. As at 30 Sept 2021, price of Verde share was
US 7 cents which accounted for a fair value gain of shares held of USD6.7 m or around RM28 million.

On 20 January 2022, Verde share price rose to US 24 cents, an exceptional rise of US 17 cents. This is a significant rise in fair value gain of USD28.3 million or RM117 milion.

All these positive developments are happening around this 2022 Quarter period and I expect more strategic story lines will be announced soon.
