巴迪玛斯是根据媒体在本周一指腾讯控股购入巴迪玛斯的15%股权，以及两家公司以股权合作伙伴方式在大马设立数据中心的报道，向马交所做出上述回应。
该公司将向大股东之一的中国私募基金成长资金有限公司（CPE Growth Capital）询问是否与腾讯控股针对上述事件进行洽商。
一旦接获答复，巴迪玛斯将向马交易报备。
根据腾讯控股在香港发表的文告指出，该公司将在周三（12日）和巴迪玛斯签约，以股权合作伙伴的方式，在大马设立数据中心。
另一方面，《南洋商报》也在周二引述消息指，中国私募基金控股集团（CPE）近期将提呈巴迪玛斯的重组计划。该基金不久前成为巴迪玛斯大股东之一，将协助该公司脱离目前的财务困境。
消息透露，有关重组计划的建议书，相信最近会在下周提呈。
至于这项重组计划涉及多广范围以及是否牵涉其他股东，例如早前传会入股的腾讯控股是否主导之一，这位匿名人士称暂不方便透露。
腾讯控股是中国互联网服务的主要供应商，而巴迪玛斯主要业务是提供数据中心服务，但因财务问题目前已被列为PN17公司。

Why do I want to invest in it?

Then comes a white knight , Tencent who's willing to redeem patimas for a fair price, is there hope? Yes!
This white knight is going to redeem, reconstruct, and rebuilt Patimas..

Btw, is not Patimas or Bernama who gave out wrong info: all news came from Tencent and Bernama, being an agent just report it. The apologise came from Tencent, not Bernama or Patimas.

No 2 companies are alike; just like there are no 2 persons alike: they may display similar traits or characteristics but the outcome is always different..

Perhaps you have been dismayed and discontented with certain counters but that does not mean all counters that display similar traits will end up with the same fate or predicament :-)

Well, if anyone wants a guaranteed returns, pls park your cash in FD or buy bonds, it's very safe.

Kalau mau buat duit banyak senang saja .. Tunggu market crash kaw2 lepas tu beli counter blue chiip kaw2 .. Tunggu lama2 sudah untung kaw2 jual la.. In your life maybe 2 /3 kali jumpa market crash sudah cukup la buat u kaya.. If u buy patimas counter it is gambling rather than investing.. Especially when very bad corporate governance.. If wanna bet can but dont buy alot la ..tapi kalau u observe trading transaction everyday u can see someone is manupulating this counter.. Anyway it ur money and ur choice.. If u holding alot share better reduce ur weightage .. Sell 80% and keep 20% .. At least ur safe 80% of ur share if later its delisted from bursa.. Just my opinion la..
