After due inquiry with our Directors, we wish to inform that our Directors has not received any offer from, or are in any negotiation with, Tencent Holdings Limited :


1. to acquire their shares in Patimas or in respect of any other business arrangement


2. on the proposed equity partnership to set up a data centre in Malaysia


The Company will also write a letter to CPE Growth Capital Limited, a major shareholder of the Company, to seek for their confirmation whether they are in discussion or negotiation with Tencent Holdings Limited in relation to the above matters. Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad once the Company receive the reply from CPE Growth Capital Limited.

Morale of the story never ever invest in an auspicious company biz module with PN17 is in the finishing mark...I remember Ramunia which was heavily a losses company where the major shareholders is Tabung Haji managed to escaped from PN17 due to the turnaround company plan which diversy from plantations into oil&Gas sector.when their regularization plan being endorsed and approved by SC now TH is a gem making company with Quek Ling Chan son who holds equities in it..this is how a good acumen investors should see in a company..Not just simply plucking out issue sfrom the air to entice public to fall into their pray...

aiyoh why need to look into an article which is not a substancial fact.never fall in love in shares.remember that you are only owning a virtual shares which in reality is a paperless value...Go and study and read their company balance sheet and you would understand what i meant.all this while the movement of shares price is based on make up event which is artificial.Its not a genuine full proof core biz.Pls try to undrstand the whole set up.wake up guys

From the clue, probably CPE wants to push down the price of PAtimas and get to buy at cheaper price. The money they have already gain when they bought the share cheap and sold at .08 cents. wuahahahaha
