南方都市報報導，昨日有消息傳出，大陸阿里巴巴集團已向港交所遞交上市申請，預計10月掛牌上市，估值最高將達1,000億美元，集資額最高200億美元，可望成為香港新一任集資王。而水漲船高的除了融資額，還有員工持股，據悉，阿里巴巴內部股價格已從一年半前的80元/股(人民幣,下同)左右，漲至目前的160元/股。

根據阿里巴巴上市估值800億-1,000億美元估值計算，若以馬雲持有阿里巴巴約7%的股份來看，其身家可望達到約343億至429億元，逼近馬化騰(大陸新任首富)467億元的財富值。而阿里的賺錢能力也在趕超騰訊，未來兩馬的首富地位可能有機會一爭。

據悉，2011年9月阿里巴巴內部曾經啟動一項名為「黎明計劃」的員工股權購買計劃。當時，符合條件的阿里巴巴集團員工可按自己意願，在規定的比例上限內出售所持有的集團股權，從而獲得現金收益。在該交易中，員工股份的回購價格是13 .5美元/股，交易涉及阿里巴巴股權約5%。

日前，有消息在網上流傳，指阿里巴巴集團內網，有員工轉讓3萬股阿里巴巴集團股票，每股160元，兩日後共套現480萬元。阿里巴巴集團發言人對此沒有正面回應，僅表示「阿里味」(aliway.com)僅是員工可以自由發帖的論壇。

針對阿里巴巴集團已向港交所遞交上市申請等事宜；阿里巴巴集團發言人昨日澄清表示，集團尚未聘請投資銀行，亦尚未確定上市的時間和地點。

PATIMAS is gameover already and yet many still put hopes in this ailing and dying company...company is making heavy losses and many creditors are still chasing for their payment..with pending and ongoing court cases and regularization plan to meet by october do you think any investors will come and be a white knight?who on earth to put in a PN17 candidates?only those hard core punters and speculators that wants to make a quick buck will put their neck to be chop off...why not go for another good company such as SPAC which is a hot cake in town now?

Learn to cut loss now rather than waiting to loss forever..

（吉隆坡1日讯）巴迪玛斯（PATIMAS，7042，主板科技股）审计师，针对公司截至2013年3月31日的财报，发表“否定声明”（Disclaimer Opinion）。
巴迪玛斯向马交所报备，外部审计师Messrs.HASNAN THL WONG & PARTNERS表明，他们无法为公司的2013财报提供任何审计意见。
审计师此前发现巴迪玛斯虚报项目、违规付款供应商及浮报收入。此外，公司和子公司无法偿还贷款，拖欠434万令吉。
有鉴于此，审计师质疑巴迪玛斯持续经营的能力，因为公司或无法兑现资产和降低负债。
巴迪玛斯必须在今年10月31日前呈交重组计划，否则可能从马交所除牌。然而，公司迄今未完成重组计划。
审计师强调，公司能否持续经营，最终有赖公司的重组计划。

Patimas net asset value is a negative 6 sen per share. It has little revenue. Bottom line has been losing money.

What is left for Patimas is an option value. The time value depends on when the creditors start their liquidation process of Patimas from the Court.
