據消息人士指出，預測有多達20份風險服務合約將被派出，上述4家公司被分析員視為主力發展公司。

當中，史格米能源料將獲得該公司的首份風險服務合約，與國油子公司Vestigo石油和來自澳洲的Octanex一同發展Ophir邊際油田。隨後史格米能源或將陸續獲頒更多的合約。

LOL RSC been won by Uzma and this was 2 months ago..uzma is on the verge of preparing itself for a huge rights issue to fund it that would lead to eventual huge capital gains.

Forget about Scomi, come join the Uzma boat while its still cheap

（吉隆坡24日讯）国家石油（Petronas）即将颁发新一轮的风险服务合约（RSC），共有4家公司有望出线。

这4家公司分别为，沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）、戴乐集团（DIALOG，7277，主板贸服股）、必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）及史格米能源服务（SCOMIES，7045，主板贸服股）。

史格米份额料最大

《The Edge》引述知情人士报道，这4家公司一直都非常积极，应有望与国油独资子公司Vestigo石油私人有限公司合作，负责本地的风险服务合约。

史格米能源服务可能获得最大份的风险服务合约，与Vestigo石油及澳洲Octanex公司合作发展Ophir小型油田。

知情人士说：“国油可能随时公布这份合约，因他们已经准备就绪。”

至于其他3家公司，可能获得其他风险服务合约，同样是Vestigo石油的合作伙伴。

消息指，国油或颁发多达20份风险服务合约，发展小型油田。

据了解，4家公司已在洽谈有关风险服务合约的事宜。

Scomies will certainly surpass 1.20 this round with all the bad news out - recent downgrade by BIMB- analysts 'purposely tried' unsuccessfully this time to press it down(motive to collect at low prioes before the next push - upwards).
Oil & Gas still preferred by most foreign and local major institutional investors who consider them as most promising in terms of potential good returns in the near future. So buy before it shoots up over the next few days...........

Good news coming in progressively. Can expect more solid ones soon. Buy and hold now and rewards will be beyond your expectations. This round price can go higher than RM1.16 last time possibly hit RM higher than target of RM1.28 this week. Just watch.

Can expect much higher prices soonn when the push starts. Past few dsays collecting slowly, Push will come when there is no more selling, can confidently expect a big jump to over RM1.20 this time.

This price only reflected the effect of Quek's entry into Scomies. I don't think it reflects the RSC price. Do check back the date when Quek's bought into the company. If the current price already reflect the RSC project, HLIB should be blamed as they raised the target before the announcement and after the announcement.

Sorry for spoiling the party. RSC concept was used in IRAQ oil fields where the proved reserves is enormous. So PETRONAS the RSC contractor can make money. The quantity of proved reserves in Malaysia is very small compared to IRAQI proved reserves. Who makes the money? Most likely Sapura Kencana or other fabricators. RSC companies in Malaysia will not make much money!!

Just be patient. hold for a little longer and reap your rewards, Notice that many impatient small investors/speculators have sold out/ quit. Remember quiters never win and winners never quit!!!
THe final push will be very soon (since most of the sellers are drying up. when the push begins, speculators will come back chasing it to new highs- above 1.20. Question is how soon? Next week or so?????

IJM’s investment in associate Scomi has finally paid off. Scomi’s unit SDP is part of a consortium awarded a 7-year risk service contract by Petronas, that will see pre-development works of US$135MM before production commences in about 18 months. We expect a small contribution for IJM given its associate stake in Scomi, and equally small equity outlay if any.

IJM also benefits from potential monorail projects undertaken by Scomi from a construction perspective.

if RSC not making money, why so many company dying for it, n don't forget , it has to be bumi related company..
